Hidden gems at a luxury escape
The outdoor pool was a paradise and staff treated us like family. Every morning began with a sumptuous breakfast, and the spa was just blissful.

The hotel's location was central, next to the city centre. Besides, we were right by Close to park and the tourist attractions of Rome and the supermarket.

Beautiful old and truly exceptional hotel, I liked great breakfast!
The beds were comfortable and the superior queen room itself was great-sized and nicely furnished. I found the hotel's location comfortable and unbeatable, next to the park as well as all Rome's attractions. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Laghetto di Villa Borghese.

I absolutely loved my stay, especially enjoying the tranquil indoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa services like massages. While the experience was mostly fantastic, the food at the pool could use a little improvement. If you’re visiting, definitely try to make time for the spa – it’s well worth it! 😊

Parco Dei Principi Hotel is a magnificent place to be during your stay in Rome; its location near the Villa Bourghese gardens makes it so uniquie to be away from the busy places of Rome and to get really nice peaceful romantic place. The Hotel staff are so helpful and speak good English they were also so attentive. The hotel Spa and swimming pool is amazing and luxurious. what made our stay more pleasant was the upgrade done by the front desk to our room to stay in a nice top floor suite overlooking Rome at night. It is definitely a place to be during your stay in Rome

The quiet location next to the park and the fabulous pools and spa. The room service was fast and good quality.
The lobby staff were not as kind and helpful as other hotels I stayed in in Rome. The people handling luggage were very nice but the person at front door wasn't always around to get a taxi. I just expect a kind smile and a welcome back to the hotel from the door men and reservation desk.

A Family-Friendly Oasis in Rome
Our family had the best time at this elegant hotel, with spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor pool that kept the kids entertained for hours. The staff was attentive, and the location next to the fine Villa Borghese made our sightseeing trips effortless. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to everyone's tastes. It would be nice to have softer pillows available for added comfort.

Service at Breakfast was extremly poor. Two days running we never received our order, even when chasing the waiters/waitresses, still nothing showed up, very dissapointed. 5* hotel, 2* service !

The indoor spa was our sanctuary after a long day exploring the beautiful city. The kids loved the relaxing pool, and we appreciated how cute they were to our little dog. Easy access to parks nearby was a big plus.
My kids wished for more activities tailored for families.

We had one of the most enjoyable experiences ever! We made some complicated transportation requests that the front desk and concierge handled impeccably. The service at this hotel is outstanding and incredibly reliable.

The indoor spa was great. The staff was always cute and helpful.
One downside was that the pillows were a bit hard. It would have been nice to have softer options available.

This hotel is luxury personified! I was travelling with my two daughters aged 12 and 9. We arrived at the hotel at around noon and although normal check in time is in the afternoon we were ushered straight to our rooms on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our family room was for all intents and purposes a suit - two separate rooms each with its own king bed with fantastic views of the dome at St. Peter'S.The gym is something else, probably the best that I have ever walked into. The indoor swimming pool is heated and very nice for a night splash. The spa, steam room, relaxation area all finished in world class material - the Parco Dei Principi is for passionate indulgence in all things comfortable and luxurious and the location is good for its purpose. It would not have been right to have this resort at the Spanih Steps or anywhere in the hussle and bustle of city centre. No. The good news is that it is also located within a walking distance of fine restaurants and super markets. The price is outstanding value for money. Parco Dei Principi we miss you already!!!!
I was surprised that the gym does not have two most basic and neccessary things that a gym should have - water and the toilet. You have to walk out of the gym into the nearby bar to buy water! If you dare need the washroom you have to be prepared to wak down the hallway, about 200 metres round trip, sweating and panting to find the nearest loo!
